Our Co-Creation Challenge
The initiative aims to empower rural women in Yemen by providing them with training and resources for advanced handicraft production.Through this activity, we aim to address The social issues involved the significant challenges facing rural women in Yemen, such as early marriage, violence against women, and limited access to education, job opportunities, and economic resources. Our initiative will provide women with skills and training in the arts and handicrafts sector, enabling them to create high-quality handicraft products that can compete in local and global markets creating employment opportunities and enhancing the women's income-generating potential. By leveraging market access, we enable them to sell their handcrafted products locally and globally. By working with local communities, we will identify the most pressing social issues and create handicraft products that address these issues, such as products made from recycled materials or products that promote environmental conservation. We will work through this initiative promotes gender equality, improve living conditions, and enhances the overall socio-economic well-being of women and their communities.
