Our Co-Creation Challenge
Working towards the mission of creating 'Innovative Solutions for Child-Friendly Spaces' involves a holistic approach that addresses the unique needs and challenges faced by children in various under-resourced environments. This mission underscores a commitment to developing creative and adaptive solutions that prioritize the well-being, safety, comfort and overall development of children, all of which are central to our work at Educase. For example, our unique Educase backpacks that fold into a personal desk, have been distributed to over 2000 students all over Nepal in schools that have little to no classroom furniture, enabling teachers and parents to feel supported, whilst empowering children to recognize their potential and reverse the cycle of poverty. It entails the design and implementation of spaces that not only cater to educational needs but also promote emotional, social, and physical growth. Whether it's in schools, community centers, or homes, the focus is on incorporating innovative elements that make these spaces conducive to learning, play, and interaction. By constantly pushing boundaries and embracing novel ideas, we hope to work alongside organizations to create environments that empower children, fostering a positive impact on their present and future well-being, aligning with goals 3, 4 and 5 within the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

| Methods and Areas for Future Development | In the future, we hope to collaborate with more organizations and experts in the education field to revolutionize classroom spaces, especially for those within under-resourced communities, to make education an accessible and valuable tool for children from all backgrounds and geographies. In addition, we aim to continue to raise awareness about inadequate / uncomfortable child-friendly spaces and the negative impact this can have on children personally and for society as a whole. We also aspire to distribute our Educase bags to countries outside of Nepal, by conducting pilots and learning the context of students' lives there to tailor our strategy and maximize our positive social impact |
