Our Co-Creation Challenge
Phytavaren Technology is committed to advancing sustainable construction practices, with a particular focus on energy efficiency. Our interlocking Thermal Brick for Energy Efficiency is a cornerstone of our efforts, seamlessly integrating into our broader initiatives aimed at creating a more sustainable and resilient future. Through our Thermal Brick technology, we address the pressing need for enhanced thermal regulation in buildings, significantly reducing energy consumption for temperature control. By seamlessly integrating this innovative product into our initiatives for community and town development, housing solutions, and environmental preservation, we aim to promote energy efficiency and sustainability across various sectors. While our Thermal Brick plays a crucial role in our focus extends beyond commercial interests. We collaborate with stakeholders to foster recycling-oriented societies and promote circular economy practices, further contributing to a more sustainable future. In Thailand, we have embarked on a notable initiative where we utilize our Thermal Brick technology to construct social net houses. These structures not only provide affordable housing solutions but also leverage the thermal properties of our bricks to create comfortable and energy-efficient living spaces for communities in need. Through collaboration with local partners, we ensure that our initiatives align with the specific needs of the communities we serve, empowering individuals and families with a higher quality of life while minimizing their environmental footprint. Beyond our product offerings, we are dedicated to fostering a more sustainable and resilient future through initiatives aimed at community and town development, housing solutions, environmental preservation, and the promotion of recycling-oriented societies. Our participation in global events such as the COP28 in Dubai, UAE, underscores our commitment to tackling energy and climate change challenges on a broader scale.

Methods and Areas for Future Development | 1. Promote Quality Construction Decrease the construction time through assembly design, which helps worker construction in brick layering safer and faster. Eco-friendly materials and components can be used in the final development. Significantly decrease carbon emission in the construction process with negative carbon through carbon capture and sequestration, and no additional carbon emission at the end of the life cycle. 2. Prolong Building Lifespan The production integrates the use of waste material to help simultaneously address the energy and pollution crisis by compositing material into an industrialised material. Our thermal brick consists of eco-design for more prolonged use using a humidity-blocked design, preventing damage from ice and mould forming in the building. 3. Build Thermal-Efficient Infrastructure Our thermal is a self-regulating thermal brick that works in complimentary to co-efficient heat flux and lower HVAC system workload. With passive building design, we lower the thermal bridge impact of energy consumption saving more final energy in the building with fewer temperature swings. 4. Expanding our initiatives to South East Asian countries, including Thailand where we have successfully implemented social net housing projects, presents an opportunity to further advance sustainable construction practices in the region. We aim to collaborate with local stakeholders, governments, and organizations to implement our innovative solutions and address pressing environmental and social challenges. |

People who wish to work with | To sustain the industry, the immense pressure from regulatory bodies, government in energy and building must be integrated into the strategy to be the replicable solution and rapidly accessible in all maturity of the industry. (ISCPB is an innovative solution that could be manufactured in rapid commercialisation.) We seek collaboration with stakeholders across various fields to ensure the widespread adoption of sustainable construction solutions: Construction sector professionals: We aim to work closely with construction industry professionals to integrate our innovative solutions into their projects, promoting energy-efficient building practices and reducing environmental impact. NGOs specializing in urban development: Partnering with NGOs focused on urban development allows us to address social housing needs while incorporating sustainable construction practices. Together, we can create affordable and environmentally friendly housing solutions for communities in need. NGOs focused on social housing: Collaborating with organizations dedicated to social housing enables us to leverage their expertise and resources to implement sustainable construction projects that benefit marginalized communities. By engaging with these stakeholders, we can advance our mission of promoting sustainable construction practices and addressing the challenges of energy efficiency and environmental sustainability in the built environment. |
